DO SESSIONS COME WITH AN ENGINEER?

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE CALL IN USING A REGULAR CALLER?

We can connect your guest using regular phone call.

 HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE IN THE STUDIO?

We currently have four microphones ready for use in our studio.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm. Saturdays 9am to 12pm – 6 days a week. We’re open most holidays. Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance. After hours can be arranged at an extra cost.

HOW DO I GET MY FILES?

Your files will be promptly emailed to you within 72 hours, accompanied by Google Drive links for easy download. We provide your recordings in MP3, MP4 (for video sessions), and WAV formats. Please ensure you download your files promptly as the Google Drive links have an expiration, and we retain files on our end for a duration of 2 weeks for storage purposes.

WHAT DO YOU RECORD IN?

Our standard recording resolution is 1080p. However, we also offer the option to record your video session in 4K. If you prefer 4K recording, please inform your engineer in advance and remember to bring your own SD card or hard drive. This allows us to directly transfer the large files to you at the end of the session.

RECORDING & TIMES?

We allocate a 10-minute buffer before and after each podcast session to allow our engineer to prepare and transition the studio accordingly. If your session runs slightly over the allotted time, it’s not a problem. However, we kindly ask that you wrap up on time to avoid impacting the next podcaster’s session. Should your session exceed the buffer by more than 10 minutes, an additional charge will apply.

We strive to accommodate any delays in starting your session and aim to provide the full hour of recording. However, if there’s a podcast scheduled immediately after yours, we’ll need to adhere to the schedule to ensure a smooth transition.  
If you anticipate a significant delay, please inform your engineer as soon as possible, and we’ll work together to find the best solution, which may involve rescheduling

Yes, at an additional cost, give us a call or book a consultation to discuss the specifics of your project. We’re dedicated to delivering top-notch results that elevate your podcast to the next level. Let us help you bring your vision to life!

RESCHUDULING & CANCELLING

If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so at any time using the ‘reschedule’ link provided in your booking confirmation email. However, if you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, please contact us via phone or email. Please note that a R250 late rescheduling fee applies in such cases.

You’re always welcome to reschedule a cancelled session, as per our rescheduling policy outlined in detail on our website. Generally, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of your initial booking, we’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis
